1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using RackIQ ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

RackIQ helps hunters record trail-camera observations and environmental conditions and provides movement forecasts and analytics. Forecasts and scores are informational estimates only and are not guarantees of wildlife activity or hunting success.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be of legal age to form a binding contract.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use RackIQ lawfully and to comply with all applicable hunting laws, regulations, and landowner permissions in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for your conduct in the field.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of photos and data you upload. You grant RackIQ a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Aggregated data

You grant RackIQ the right to use de-identified, aggregated data derived from your activity (excluding your photos, precise locations, and identifying details) to operate and improve the Service and its forecasting models. This never identifies you, your land, or your animals.

7. Messaging program

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from RackIQ at that number, including hunting-condition alerts, reminders you set, and replies to questions you text us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information.

8. Subscriptions

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance and described at checkout. Pricing and features may change with notice.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RackIQ is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
